I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nuevora (San Ramon, CA) in Feb 2018

The interviewers were not sure about the position they were interviewing me for. I thought I applied for a DS position. But the questions were more from the department they work in. The CEO asked very unprofessional questions like my salary information from my previous employers, even though it is illegal to ask the candidates their salary history in California.

Got scheduled by consultancy 1. Formal Round intial round 2. Director Round Pathetic experience with interviewer where he cant communicate in basic english skills with outdated market knowledge. Second round with so called director where he is not from IT background. They will simply listen what you are saying and they dont know what question to ask.

Had a few calls with the CEO to understand the business model and value proposition, it was more about asking yourself, if this challenge is exciting enough and if Nuevora's offers something which can challenge the status quo of the Executives
