I was approached online and after 15-20 minutes of talking offered the job. Definitely a red flag from the start. After a short chat I was asked to come out to Las Vegas for training the following week which was a clear sign that this place burns and churns people constantly.

Applied at night, got a call 5 minutes later. Next morning really simple Skype interview with the VP and was offered the job. This honestly should have been a red flag.
