Just a standard first screening with the HR. All went fine, they said in the following day i was going to receive by mail a set of technical questions to assess my hard skills as developer, and details about the second step of the hiring process. And they just disappeared since then. It's more than a month now. I sent a mail to the recruiter to ask for any follow up, even negative (if any). My mail was ignored. So i texted the recruiter on Linkedin after 3 weeks of wait. She purposefully didn't open the message, and yet she is active on the profile. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Just tell me i don't fit the role, or tell me the position is closed, SAY ANYTHING but don't leave me on pending. I am a professional, not a child. I revaluated the image of the company. Big disappointment. Expect to be ghosted forever.
