I was contacted by a recruiter for this role and I was initially excited about it. I prepared for the interview but was a little neutral about the job on the day of the interview. I read reviews on here and wasn't too pleased as I'm currently in a job with great work-life balance.
The initial interview went pretty smooth. The next round was a behavioural online test, I didn't do it because I didn't think the company was right for me.
Personally, the interview process is pretty stretched out and before I got to the final stage, I would have opted out of the job anyway. (total of 4 stages of the interview process)
