Novus Home Mortgage interview questions

Spoke with a private staffing company. On-site for meeting with executives. I did not know that the hiring manager was in the interview, so it was very disorganized. Interviewers were late and no one followed up with me after the interview to let me know I was or was not moving forward.

There were 2 different interviews. The first was with one individual that felt more like getting to know me and my work habits. The second was with a group that asked more in depth questions regarding processing and my knowledge of processing related tasks.
