Novaled interview questions

The telephone interview was set exactly 30 min and included purely scientific questions. I found it very nice, but the person on the other end interrupted me quite often, which was kind of rude, because of this I could sometimes not finish my sentences and explain methods. It was more like I don't know it, so it doesn't matter what you say. He told me that I would get in answer 1-1.5 weeks later, which never happen. It was partly in German and English, since my scientific English was better, but I do believe his was not up to mine and caused misunderstandings.

I was interviewed by one person with very strong German accent. It lasted for about 35 minutes. He hasn't study my CV closely. The interview started by asking me to explain my CV and he interrupted me in between with questions. The questions were 90% fundamental science. I was even asked values, numbers and equations. I have clearly noted in my CV that I have not worked with OLEDs but have spent years opto-electrical characterization of organic electronic nanodevices which gives me all the soft and engineering skills. When I couldn't answer a scientific OLED related question the interviewer told me that I am not good for hits position and they wanted somebody who had specifically worked with OLEDs. I find this type of announcement in the middle of a phone interview unprofessional. After that his tone was bored. He had strong opinions and wasn't friendly.
