Interview
Had a 10-minute non-technical interview. They also have a process of a follow-up 20-minute tech interview then if you make it past that point they give an assignment and a final 1-hour interview after the completion of the assignment.

It was a 2 step process. Phone screening followed by presentation of findings from a pcap file and some theoretical questions on basic cybersecurity principles as well as behavioural questions .
