I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nova Reperta (Brussels) in Sep 2025
Interview
I have not heard of the company prior to interviewing, but was approached by an external recruiter. Everyone I met along the process has been respectful, engaged and very welcoming, so overall a positive experience. Plus, the work they do is genuinely interesting and they have good references in the market.
One small feedback I would give is the process is quite long and demanding and requires in-person appearance for several occasions. Other companies I have interviewed with only required one in-person appearance. This is quite difficult for someone who is working a full time job and doing other interviews at the same time. Perhaps a half day "super day" or the first case via Teams would make it more manageable from a candidate perspective.
The processes is generally:
- 1 call with a recruiter to see if your experience matches what the firm does
- 1 call with a Consultant on fit
- 2 x 1hr case + fit interviews with Case Leads
- 1 x 1hr Partner chat
