There were two round of interviews. The first one consisted a phone call from HR where they provide company background and screen you. After moving forward, I met with the bakery manager and assistant manager in person.

Phone interview to start asking about general skills and why my skills aligned to a fast-paced, customer-centric position. I then came in for an in-person interview and was hired on the spot.
My interviewer wanted to hear about any previous job experience, such as cashier roles or host roles. You could talk about volunteering as well, any experience you had. They asked standard background questions like if you were in school, what you were studying.
