First, the basic phone screen, Than, they do another phone call with live coding.
The third part is a Mock project to be done in a week.
Last part, It was almost 3 hours of the onsite interview. This last part was very unprofessional. I'm going list here some facts.
1)I arrived 15 min before the meeting time, and the interview was surprised when he saw me. He asks me what time is my interview, and he checks in my from for his calendar. After that, he told me to wait in one room, because he has another interview before.
2)When we finally start, He starts asking me about my previous job. And he starts to ask about the solution and all the privacy information about my previous jobs, totally unprofessional.
3) After that, he starts asking "technical" questions. The problem of that is because those questions weren't related to the position that I applied.
4) The last part, He said that would be with two people who work with iOS. However, the first guy who shows up didn't know anything about iOS. And I start to present him the code that I did in the home. A few minutes later, the other employee who knows iOS shows up. And I had to start the explanation again. After that, he asks me the iOS question, but he doesn't know the answer. He only knows what he memorizes.
The office was a mess. Very upside down.
I was very excited about the company, but after this last interview, I realized that it is not the company that I want to work every day.
