The interview consisted of a three step process. The initial interview consisted of HR personnel and asked questions related to past job experience and references. Questions also related to the position that I was interviewing for. The second interview was with the Executive team and consisted of a more personable interview, which included questions related to why I wanted to work there and because it had to do with patient advocacy on behalf of their clients, what made me a good candidate for a position that commanded such advocacy. The third and final interview included working wit the product and testing my knowledge base within the industry and how well I fit in with the culture on the job.
