I got contacted by multiple conflicting recruiting agencies, and they were claiming they could represent me. This is already a red flag because there was a lot of confusion in the process. I had three interviews and passed them all. Then, the recruiter would call me and ask me about other offers, the market, etc. In the end, they announced they were no longer hiring for that position and would put the position on hold. Why waste people's time if you don't want to hire? I recommend looking somewhere else.

Interview
I actually had a nice phone interview, lasting for 30 minutes. The interviewer seemed friendly and interested in my skills and experience. However, I never heard back from the company after the call, despite being informed that a second call would be arranged. As a professional, I understand that hiring decisions can be complex, but I would have appreciated at least a courtesy response or feedback
