Norwich University interview questions

All on video (covid) - Initial interview with the hiring committee, followed by a group interview with several faculty, a second interview with the hiring committee, and a group interview with potential direct reports, and an interview with the hiring manager/dept head. I was also asked for writing samples. The timespan for this was about 3 weeks, which was followed by a gap of 2 weeks where they called my references but couldn't proceed with the hiring process due to planned events on campus. By that time, I had to withdraw my candidacy due to other opportunities.

The interview consisted of a series of questions from members of the search committee, a description of the expectations for the job, and more. They left ample time for me to ask questions. And they were very clear how the search would proceed after the inferview.
