Norwegian Refugee Council interview questions

Received an amateur email from HR mentioning they wanted to have the first round with me. They explained the salary in the first email but it was not clear at all. There were some numbers without mentioning any currency or whether it is monthly/yearly or gross/net. After the first round of interview which was around my past experience and soft skills, they disappeared for two weeks during which I politely tried to get more information about the process and was ghosted. Finally, the HR person said he was sick and it may take time to get back to me. Again he disappeared until I asked again for an estimation of how long they need to say yes or no to my appliction. One day after this email they send a rejection message saying I wasn't good enough. No further explanation.
