Interview
Began with a phone interview and was them brought in two additional times to meet with support staff as well as director level staff. There was a group interview as well as one on one with upper level management. The atmospher was casual and not high stakes.

great talent acquisition team who asked thoughtful questions. a lot of good questions about work modality and work life balance. they were also able to answer some of my questions about benefits and what is was like to work at northwestern.
It was a simple process, a single phone call interview for about 30 minutes. Typical behavioral questions and some questions on the usage of their financial system, which is PeopleSoft

Organized, informative - initial email survey sent, then contacted by phone. Zoom call with one manager and in-person meeting arranged a couple weeks later with other staff members. Questions were answered promptly and follow-up was timely.
