Internal hire - relatively informal interview process. Consisted of an interview with two members of a committee and an interview with the program director. All interviews were behavioral. There was no case interviewing.

Very straightforward and clear process. The HR staff was helpful. Interview questions were relevant, and connected to the responsibilities of the role. Also, gave good time for you to ask questions.
