1st round interview via phone. The interviewer called right as scheduled. Asked me a lot of questions about myself and cared aboutthe path that I was on. The position was commission based, so the interviewer said it would take an entrepreunerial spirit to fulfill the role. Don't think that's a bad thing, but I need more job security.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
