Three rounds of interviews, increasing intensity. I didn't really have too much of an issue with it, but based on what I've read about the company, I made sure that there weren't any major red flags throughout the interview process.

Q: How comfortable are you with commission-based pay?

Interview
The interview process was not that professional. It was basically a sales pitch why you should join their company. They said that you didn't need any prior financial knowledge despite it being a finance role. They claimed that they will teach you everything you will need to be an expert which doesn't make sense when people like me are in school for a finance degree.

The first round I had a zoom call and the first 20 minutes of it I was asked basic interview questions. Last 10 minutes of the interview she was giving me a presentation.
