I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual
Interview
The interview process was lengthy, but they were great about communicating and getting to learn more about the possible interns. Overall, they did a great job but it was not the right fit.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
