Initially based on behavioral aspects of the interviewee and then there are some questions you must answer so they may better determine where you are the best fit. They were very pleasant and super supportive

Interview
First interview with a recruiter, second/third with a senior advisor. Homework to make calls and talk to people about finance, they just want to see that you can make some phone calls and ask people questions. The phone calls to friends/family can feel uncomfortable, but it's really not a big deal if you don't make it one.
