Interview
I was introduced to the company and process at a career fair. After talking for a few min an interview was scheduled for the next day in person. I was interviewed by two people in a quick interview that was a half hour long. We went over my resume and talked a little bit about the company. A week later I had a second interview in person. I had to prepare a short presentation about myself, and there was another candidate in my interview. Halfway through my interview he was dismissed and my interview continued. I had one final interview a week later after "the rhino process" where they asked you to talk to 9 different people (that you know and could be potential clients). If you did a good job with that process you were offered the position.

Question 1
What is something hard that you had to over come this year? What is your biggest weakness?
There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
The first interview was easygoing and went fairly well. We talked a little on myself and what northwestern was all about. Because they wanted to see how I could fit in to their team and what I would bring.

Interview
The process was smooth and straight forward. A lot of behavioral based questions, but relaxed and low stress. First phase is a phone screening followed by a teams or in person meeting.
