Went through 3 interviews.
First is with recruiter to inform you about the position and what a day to day internship would be like.
Second is with your College Director so the person you're working under. They see if you have the right personality to work in the industry.
3rd is a presentation about what you would be doing during the intership. You present to the College Director and Recruiter

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
