Northwest Justice Project interview questions

First interview: Phone interview with HR Manager to review the position and my qualifications. Second interview: Zoom interview with Panel - Hiring manager, Legal staff, and current/outgoing Social Media Specialist.

The first interview round was with a panel of three other attorneys. The conversation was a back-and-forth discussing the organization and the role on one hand and my background and interest in the position on the other. The second interview round was with the director and legal director and offered a better sense of where the role fit within the organization.
