Tell me a time when you had to handle a difficult situation with a co worker
Easy, enjoyable, no pressure. Mine was virtual and I loved it. The lady I interviewed with was honest and personable. She didn’t claim to have all the answers which I respected and I was upfront about my acting gigs being very important and she seemed supportive of that.
