After applying online, I had a phone conversation which lead to connecting through emails and setting up an in-person interview. In-person meeting was formal although staff was not intimidating and informative.

Hospital position. Completed two interviews, about 2 months apart. Total time from application to final decision was about 6 months. Poor communication, I sent several follow up emails with little to no responses.

Tell us about yourself and your experience, why are you interested in this role, strengths and weaknesses, long term career goals, a time you went above and beyond for a patient/client, dealing with a difficult patient/client, examples of working together with other professionals.
Virtual interview due to covid. Asked more questions on character, hard work, etc. Some situational. Called back in 2-3 weeks. Onboarding takes another 2-3. A lot of paperwork involved as well as a health assessment and drug screen.
