I applied online. I interviewed at Northwell Health
Interview
First, had a call with the recruiter to learn more about the position and confirm that I meet the minimum qualifications for the role. Then, had behavioral interviews with the manager and the team. Had to submit 5 references, who completed a questionnaire.

Question 1
How have my past experiences prepared me for this position?
Contacted via recruiter and then had a video interview due to covid. Horrible process. They don't listen to you during the interview. The camera is turned off. They pretend to listen. They ask questions and then don't want to listen to your answers. I've interviewed several times with them and they always seem to find faults. This company prides themselves on saying they don't do nepotism, but that's not the case. It's all who you know in this company! Honestly if you aren't Indian or you don't have a connect with this company.. don't waste your time.

Interview
Had the chance to meet with 5 members of the HR team. I am only writing this post because they can do better with the candidate experience. If you take the time to come onsite and meet with 5 people, you shouldn’t have to wonder or guess where you stand. If it’s a no that’s fine but why does the candidate have to seek you out to get that information? Waiting 6 weeks is too long. I really wanted to work for this organization but I feel differently now. It’s very frustrating to feel like you are not treated with dignity and respect. And it is equally disappointing when it was on your list as the top company that you wanted to work.
