Went on four interviews. One with the union, one with the talent team, one with the assistant director and another with the talent team to discuss the decision. During the union you fill out paper work based on the job you are seeking, they search positions that fit your wants and call you when they are ready to set up an interview with the talent team. Once you have your interview with the talent team they basically test you out to see if you are a good fit to send to the employer. If they decide you are they send you to the employer. You interview with the supervisor then the assistant director. Once you are finished you wait for the talent team to call you and tell you whether or not you have been hired. If you are hired you go to the talent team and discuss your pay, benefits, and beginning date. They send you to the hospital where you are drug tested fully, mouth , blood, and urine. Once you pass you are given a start date.
