Northumbrian Water Group interview questions

Panel interview. Oppourtunity given to talk privately to individual currently in role. Would have been better as an online interview to save candidates time and money travelling as no aspect of the process needed a physical presence. Feedback given upon request.

Organised and detailed, though only left time for a 30 minute window, it still felt like the questions were balanced and fair. There were 2 people on the call, a peer and the direct line manager.
