Coordinating with the recruiter was a simple process of emails and aligning schedules. The interview itself was virtual, due to COVID, with the unit manager, shift lead, and program coordinator. Afterward, the recruiter reconnected to follow up.

Situation based questions: patient clinical scenarios with data to critically think about what you would do for them and anticipate orders.
I was asked about my job experience. I was also asked about any previous negative experiences I had in the workplace and how I reacted to them. The interview was quick.

Pretty straightforward. Bring copies of resume. One on One with Unit manager. Be prepared to discuss your goals and expectations. Asked many questions at the end. Received offer the next day.

Interview
Submitted resume online, interview was in-person, it was not too difficult, there were many applicants. Easy to find location. Gifts were given to all applicants, no ti info much, just hand sanitizers and pens.
