The BEST interview process I have ever had. Hospital Recruiter was fantastic. Amazing hospital. Amazing Staff. Recruiter was ALWAYS on top of her job from the moment to schedule the interview to coaching you over the phone until I received an offer! Incredible experience :)

Interview
My Initial interview was with the nurse manager followed by a nurse recruiter ( I worked on the unit of interest as a local travel nurse). I also interviewed with the operation manager for the unit of interest. Salary negotiation followed (Have general knowledge of nursing salaries in your state and do not accept the first offer).

Process was pretty fast and responded a day or two later for the offer letter. Questions were typical questions about nursing and asking what if situational questions. Got a quick tour of the unit as well and staffs were friendly.
