First round was a phone call. The 2nd round was a panel interview with 3 other advisors within the department. The final round was an interview with the dean of the department.

3 panel interviews, then dean, then Provost.intense!!! After the third interview, I wasn't sure I was up for anymore!! Watch body language and other cues. Not all campuses are the same, interview your interviewers, fit is always important. Put all the pieces together!!!
