Northern Marianas College interview questions

interviews conducted by phone and in person. There was a long wait between applying and being interviewed. The interview was rescheduled twice. No follow up was given after the interview from the college. It took two months for them to notify of a decision. Then they wanted me to start immediatly without time to relocate or settle in.

Submitted application in person, got an email for the in person interview, after 2 months, I was offered the job and then accepted. I was referred to the job in house and was thrilled to finally hear from them after 2 months. The interview panel made me a bit nervous at first but after calming down and answering the questions based on my experience, I was able to make it through the interview with flying colors.
