They gave real scenarios for editing parcel fabric data, then sat me in front of ArcGIS and asked me to show them how I would solve the problem. It was a test of my skills and efficiency. Personally, this was the hardest part of the interview because I have serious testing anxiety and interviews are hard enough for me as it is. But they saw my potential and gave me a fair chance.
