Passing that hurdle, Then a panel interview with 6 simultaneously. Passing that hurdle, successful candidates are then placed into a "Parking Lot" to which you apply/interview for an actual position. Came in for interview, they were very pleasant and provided a complete understanding of the entire hiring process from start to finish. All questions asked were generic behavioral questions.
