North Shore Community College interview questions

Received an email invitation for an online interview and was accomodated to my schedule. Interviewers were engaging and had their questions written down and followed usual procedure. Not much small talk, but rather straight to the point.

The interview was very thorough and focused on my ability to perform financial aid processes and my past experience with difficult situations. As a financial aid professional, we are faced with many difficult situations and decisions so this was very easy to describe. At first I was confused why there was a panel of interviewers for a financial aid position, but they made it clear it was a diversity committee which I appreciated.
