North River Integrated Management interview questions

Interview process was pretty straight forward as they ask you questions pertaining your background experience and how you can contribute and represent the company. First interview was a phone interview with the Project Manager. Second interview was in person (conversational style) with each of the team members. When the interview was done, the team took me for lunch (which I also consider is part of the interview process to see if you are a good fit for the team also evaluating your people skills) and finally got a hiring response within a week!
