Case study about how to approach digital transformation
Easy, more personality fit than skills. One interview with direct leadership, one interview with team, one interview with senior leader. Length of process was not long. No drug test after acceptance of offer.

Peculiar interview questions for management consulting, with a task orientated business case that doesn't test problem solving skills and critical thinking capabilities, but how the answers are written and what tools one is using - which are evolving elements that can easily be picked up/learned. Made me think that is what they make managers do, which would undermine their capabilities,
