Question 1
There was 2 problems to solve and 4 questions to answer.
Problems and questions were very interesting and close to real life.
Nothing abstract or unrealistic.
There was 90 min to solve / answer these which is very little to me unless you are spending your days solving these kind of problems. It took 50% of time just to get the whole view and find out what direction to follow. If I had another 90 min I would solve all of these.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at North (Waterloo, ON) in Jan 2018

Question 1
How to balance Throughput, Latency and a few other metric data when you want to enable wireless function on a hardware?
I dont know how difficult or easy the interview might have been if I had made to that stage. The recruitment process in this company is probably the worst I have ever encountered in my life.
I applied online for this job and after a long while was contacted by one of the co-founders named Aaron Grant. We talked over email and setup an initial phone interview.
I took half a day off from work because of the time difference but Mr.Co-founder never called.I waited like an idiot for an hour and sent him multiple emails.
He never had the decency to at least reply to my emails.
