Interview
I spoke first with a consultant who was helping with the search. The second interview was via Microsoft Teams with their general counsel. My third interview included meeting several managers/department heads in person or Microsoft Teams. I was not selected for the position. However, the hiring manager called to let me know another candidate was selected. Very few people are that considerate to call people. I know if Meat Institute is that considerate of candidates not selected, it has to be a great place to work.

Interview
A phone interview with two people in the Washington, DC office. It lasted about twenty minutes. I was interviewed by two people during the phone call. The questions were more of a personality-fit type than analytical.
