The process began with an application through LinkedIn, contact from a recruiter, and an online English test. After the English test, they scheduled an interview. It was one of the worst I've ever had. The interviewer seemed to have zero interest in what I was saying and appeared to just want to finish the process as quickly as possible. I suggest not wasting candidates' time if they do not meet your English test requirements or any other factor and I suggest hiring recruiters who have better communication skills, not just monosyllabic communication.
