I think they tried to copy what's in style in US law firms. We had an open-bar group interview...yeah you read that right! One of the employee asked me some crude questions about sexuality because he had looked into my academic background and saw I had taken a class on the subject... At first they make us go to two interview alone with an employee, and was asked questions about my hobby and things that were not related to the job. Lets say I was not impress by their interview process. After that we all got into a circle with all the other applicants and we each had to say how much we loved their interview process and their vibe... Let's just say they acted like an intership at their firm was the best thing that could happen to us, but of course they would not tell us the salary during the entire process. ;) They should change their questions and hiring process since it only shows who can bootlick the most.
