The entire interview process was lengthy because of being an academic institution. Multiple Zoom interviews with lots of participants. The in-person interview was exhausting and lengthy. I don't really know what else to add, but I have to apparently add more for this site

After the initial phone interview, I had an on campus interview. I met with the team I would be working with, along with the search committee, and finally with the hiring manager.
