two interviews back to back. First one is easy like good cop. Second one is much harder like a bad cop. They want you to break. Be prepared. This post will probably help you not to crack under pressure like they want you to do. It is less about Norfolk and more about why they should spend all this money investing in you.

On campus Interview. Very laid back... When my name was called I responded and went in to the interview room. As we walked there I asked about the night before. During the interview we talked about football and other things for a majority of the time. He had a few HR type questions to ask that were pretty much a breeze, but I really don't remember.
