Nordic Consulting Partners interview questions

I first had a phone interview with Jamie Baureis (who was also first point of contact to direct me for steps and updates) and then had an interview with Angela Kuipers and Kelly Dickinson (both had amazing soft skill and friendly) who asked me questions about myself and also explained how Nordic Global operated and expectations.

Applied directly on Nordic's website. Invited to take a timed problem solving assessment. From there it was a typical initial HR phone interview followed by a Zoom interview with department managers and received an offer the day after the zoom interview.
