Good and easy, it was mainly a 1 on 1 interview with the head coach. Only had one meeting and the chemistry was just good from the beginning. I would say my resume helped out with the interview process

Interview questions consisted to be focused on LGBTQ and DACA. Application did not disclose if the position had that focus. I think they should do a better job in disclosing if there is a focus in certain departments/ populations.
