I recently interviewed for an Instructional Assistant position at NorQuest College. The interview process was straightforward and involved a phone screen followed by a face-to-face interview. I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at NorQuest, and the interviewer was very knowledgeable about the role and the college's programs. The interview focused on my experience working with students and my ability to support their learning. I left the interview feeling optimistic and confident in my abilities to succeed in this role. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon and am excited about the potential to contribute to NorQuest's mission of providing quality education.
