I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nonprofit Finance Fund in Jul 2025
Interview
Application questions were very intricate and gave me a good idea of what they were screening for in the role -- but they took forever to do on top of a cover letter (literally hours -- I was frustrated at the length and depth of the questions, but it shows you how much I was interested in the role). Phone screening repeated many of the same questions from the application. As a talent person, I didn't feel like they got a good representation of my experiences by two screening stages that were very similar. Team seemed kind and the work seemed interesting.

The interview process was specific and had multiple rounds, including panel interview. Ultimately, I struggled with the strict pay brackets (pay was low) but was excited about the org as a whole.
