The interview process was smooth and efficient. I enjoyed being able to speak with members of the NTG team over Zoom and learn about the company. The team made me feel welcome even as someone who is applying for the first time.

Interview
First, I had a 20 minute phone interview in which the position was described and basic questions were asked about my background. At the end, I was told that they wanted to move forward with a zoo interview. During that interview, behavioral questions were asked, but it wasn't too hard.

Pre-Interview: Went great. Very excited and passionate about me and the position being a great fit.
The interview: 2 people interviewed over zoom. One asked 90% of the questions while the other asked only 10%. No real responses from either of them.
