Nixon Power Services interview questions

HR Talent screening with general questions about skills, previous responsibilities and salary expectations. Moved on to second phase, which was to be a Teams interview with HR Talent and Hiring Manager (HM). HM took the interview from his car, and did not turn on his camera. This made it a bit awkward and difficult to gauge reaction, etc. It seemed like a professional organization and the interview seemed to go well. However, after sending an immediate Thank You note as well as a follow-up later asking for an update, I was ghosted. Third phase was to be an in-person interview with the HM, at least one peer and direct report.
