I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nixon Power Services in Aug 2024
Interview
HR Talent screening with general questions about skills, previous responsibilities and salary expectations. Moved on to second phase, which was to be a Teams interview with HR Talent and Hiring Manager (HM).
HM took the interview from his car, and did not turn on his camera. This made it a bit awkward and difficult to gauge reaction, etc.
It seemed like a professional organization and the interview seemed to go well. However, after sending an immediate Thank You note as well as a follow-up later asking for an update, I was ghosted.
Third phase was to be an in-person interview with the HM, at least one peer and direct report.

Question 1
Not a specific question, but was seeking someone that can implement tools and processes to measure KPIs.
I went through a series of 4 phone call interviews starting with HR and finishing with the VP of Sales. They were mostly standard interview questions. I got the feeling that they were more concerned with company fit than the skills that I brought to the table, which was fine considering it was an entry level position.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nixon Power Services (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2021
Interview
There were about 4 different interviews including in person. Relatively easy but know your stuff especially about your previous work experience and how it will help here. When they flew me out for an in person interview, everything was great and they took care of me. Good process.
