I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Austin, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
Really nice only having two rounds to the interview process (including the initial screening). They were able to accommodate around my time constraints which was also nice. Second round required a mock call and a ~10 minute presentation project, which was kind of annoying because I was cut off early and didn't even finish presenting (I wasn't going overtime). I felt great after the interview and really confident... and got a rejection two days later. The frustrating part was that, even when I asked, I wasn't given any constructive feedback or concrete reasoning as to why I wasn't chosen.

Question 1
How would you deal with and stay motivated through the day to day monotony of repeatedly making cold calls?

Interview
Step one is a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter
Step two is a Zoom meeting with one of the SDR managers.
Step three is an in-person interview with two SDR managers, following a presentation about the company that you must present to whoever is interviewing.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks.
I applied online. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Singapore) in May 2026
Interview
1st round: HR
2nd round: Sales Manager
3rd round: Sales director and GM ASIA
The whole interview process was honestly amazing for me. Sunita and Alifa from the HR team were prompt and helpful with their replies and liaised with me through the entire process despite timezone differences. The management team were also very friendly and insightful about their sharing more about the team and vision. Felt like a great coaching session where I had actionable takeaways while interviewing as well
